The support team will work with you to resolve service-related issues.14. LocationProxy-Cheap uses third-party geolocation databases to determine IP locations. Minor discrepancies between different databases may occur. If you believe there is a location mismatch, you should verify the IP using an external geolocation tool.15. Referral programProxy-Cheap may operate a referral program that rewards participants for referring new customers. Payouts, thresholds, and eligibility are subject to the terms published by Proxy-Cheap and may be updated from time to time.

Proxy-Cheap may withhold or cancel payouts in cases of suspected abuse or fraud
16. GeneralThis Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought before the competent courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent, and the remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect.This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Proxy-Cheap with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.17.
