After this period, refunds are not available, as continued usage indicates that the service is being delivered properly.Auto-renewed proxiesRefund requests for auto-renewed proxies must be submitted within 24 hours from the renewal. If you experience issues with your proxies, please contact our support team within this timeframe.Technical competencyWe are not responsible for teaching clients, developers, or third parties how to use our services.
