15.1. Invoice Requests & Payments
On the first day of each month, Proxy-Cheap will send an email requesting an invoice for 25% of all revenue generated through your unique referral link.

15.2. Modification of Terms & Program
Proxy-Cheap reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice. By participating in the program, you accept these terms and conditions, including any future modifications. Proxy-Cheap may also change, suspend, cancel, or alter the program or any of its aspects at any time without notice.

15.3. Disqualification & Prohibited Activities
Proxy-Cheap reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify or prohibit any participant from the program if they are found to have engaged in, or attempted to engage in, any of the following:
a) Violating these terms and conditions;
b) Damaging, tampering with, or corrupting the operation of the program or website;
c) Annoying, harassing, or abusing any individual;
d) Engaging in inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activities; or
e) Any activity deemed by Proxy-Cheap, at its sole discretion, to be inconsistent with the intended operation of the program.
f) Bidding on brand-related keywords (e.g., "Proxy-Cheap", variations, or misspellings) in paid advertising campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads or Bing Ads, or otherwise misrepresenting themselves as Proxy-Cheap in any paid media.

15.4. Compliance with Spam Laws & Distribution Restrictions
Participants must comply with all applicable spam laws. Any distribution of referral links that could be considered unsolicited commercial email (“spam”) under relevant laws or regulations is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the referral program. Referral links may not be shared in a way that violates third-party rights or obligations, including but not limited to contractual agreements with former employers.

15.5. Program Oversight & Fraud Prevention
Proxy-Cheap retains sole discretion in determining cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms and conditions. In instances where a referred customer has used multiple referral links, the referral fee will be granted only to the link that directly resulted in the customer’s signup.

15.6. Withdrawal & Payment TermsThe minimum withdrawal amount is $100. Once this threshold is met, participants may request a withdrawal by contacting management.Withdrawal thresholds exist for streamlined accounting and to encourage active participation in the program.

15.7. Referral Tracking & Payment DiscontinuationReferrals will remain visible on your dashboard as long as the referred customers continue using Proxy-Cheap services.If a referred customer discontinues Proxy-Cheap services, they will be removed from our database, and all associated referral payments will cease immediately.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws provisions. Both parties submit to the personal jurisdiction of Delaware and further agree that any cause of action relating to this Agreement shall be brought in Wilmington, Delaware. You and Proxy-Cheap agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to this Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred. Use of the Service is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Proxy-Cheap as a result of this agreement or use of the Service. Proxy-Cheap’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Proxy-Cheap’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Service or information provided to or gathered by Proxy-Cheap with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. You agree that Proxy-Cheap may communicate with you, or with others on your behalf, via email, any similar technology, or regular mail for the purposes relating to your user account, the Service, any software provided with the Service or any other services provided now or in the future by Proxy-cheap or on Proxy-Cheap behalf. Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Proxy-Cheap with respect to the Service (excluding the use of any software which may be subject to an end-user license agreement) and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Proxy-Cheap with respect to the Service. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. The section titles in the Agreement are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.
