We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Proxy Cheap. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional products that meet our customers' needs.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct active user research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, goals, pain points, and use cases;
- Collaborate closely with the development team to determine the best technical implementation methods and prioritize feature development;
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with the company’s commercial strategy and clients’ needs;
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure alignment and understanding of product goals;
- Identify potential products by conducting market research, generating product requirements, strategies, and determining specifications;
- Communicate updates to the rest of the team and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed about product progress and changes;
- Define and analyse key performance metrics to guide product development and assess the success of product features.
Your Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Product Owner, IT Project manager, or Product manager;
- Experience in owning technical product development from idea to launch including owning outcomes;
- Ability to capture and translate customer discovery insights and needs into product features;
- Familiarity with and willingness to work according to modern product management practices (data-driven, A/B testing, strategic product management, …);
- Strong spoken and written English skills are required;
- Sense of ownership and commitment and ability to plan your work effectively;
- Focus for impact and result orientation;
- Raw love for data;
- Experience managing remote teams.
Nice to have
- Proven track record of new product discovery with successful launches;
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to take data-driven product decisions (SQL, Tableau);
- Experience with security or computer network products.
